how do I freeze left over dinner rolls to use later?

I have left over King"s Hawaiian Bread rolls. I want to freeze them to use at Thanksgiving. How? Do I need to double wrap them? Or can I just dump them in a zip lock bag? Or what?

Freeze on a tray and next day put them into a heavy duty freezer bag and get the air out.  Mark, date & freeze.  Holds up for 6 to 8 weeks in zero freezer.  You can stream them in a colundar over water with a lid.........
